Speaker Bio: Mr. Babu Rao Anumula, Chairman of ABR Cafe and Bakers Pvt Ltd., embodies the principle "Customer is King" by prioritizing customer care. In 1978, he took over Café Niloufer with the goal of delivering top-notch tea to customers. Through hard work and determination, he rose from a waiter to mastering the art of making their iconic Irani chai and Osmania biscuits. Moreover, he is an exceptional entrepreneur and a remarkably generous philanthropist. For the past 20 years, Mr. Babu Rao Anumula has been providing at least two meals a day to hundreds of underprivileged individuals at the MNJ Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Centre in Hyderabad. 

Inspired by his father's vision and commitment to delivering high-quality and consistent tea and Osmania biscuits throughout the year, Mr. Shashank Anumula, an MBA graduate, joined the family business in 2011.
