Diabetes Prevention Program

(Full year program)

First 16 sessions every Wednesday at 8:30pm EST to begin with.

Next 6 sessions will be bi-weekly and the last 4 sessions will be monthly.

 Please use this google form to check for eligibility. This program is for people diagnosed with *prediabetes * and who are at risk for diabetes.

Note:

People who already have diabetes are not eligible for this program.

Suggested Donation $100 for NRIVA life members and $150 for NRIVA members.
