About Instructor,
We are passionate and dedicated yoga teachers with over 20 years of teaching experience. Stared Vyasa Maharshi yoga society in 2010, We have been trained in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda and Vinyasa. Our classes focus on helping my students reach their fullest potential by deepening their practice through mindful movements, breathing techniques and Meditation.
Our mission is to provide a safe space for everyone to learn the ancient art of yoga while developing an understanding of self-awareness and wellbeing. We believe that through regular practice anyone can find peace within themselves which will ultimately lead to better physical health and mental clarity.
