Why do you need Financial Help

: My dad had suffered heavy losses in his business and is not able to take care of my tuition fee thus I am looking for a financial aid. I couldn't pay my tuition fee for last year as well but my college management gracious enough to continue my studies but now they're mandating the payment in order for me to appear for my first semester.
