Padmaja Chinta is a patent attorney and trial lawyer with 20 years of experience. She counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual Property - procuring patents & trademarks, IP strategies, product launches, license negotiations, infringement opinions and litigation. Her cases span a broad spectrum of technologies and her clients range from multinational corporations to small start-ups. She is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a New York Super Lawyer and was selected as one of 50 IP experts in the U.S. by IPLaw360. Padmaja graduated from University of Pennsylvania Law School and worked at Ropes & Gray before founding her own firm with a small team of lawyers.
