Harsha V Agadi is a Fuqua School of Business Graduate from the Duke University. He has been in leadership positions including CEO, Chairman and Board Member for companies like American Express, Kraft, General Foods, Pepsi, Crawford and Co, Belmond, Domino's, Jimmy John's, Little Caesars, Church's Fried Chicken and The Krystal Company. He was listed in Money Inc. as "The 20 most notable Duke University alumni in business" and honored by The Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2017 as the most Admired CEO.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Flotek Industries, Inc (FTK: NYSE) and Chairman & CEO of GHS Holdings, LLC. 

He actively participates on several charitable boards in USA & India. He is the Chairman of the board of SKSVMA College of Engineering & Technology, and on the board of Agadi Sunrise Hospital. He has established and endowment for promising women MBA candidates from India at the Fuqua School of Business. 

Harsha wants to be judged by "what he gives rather than what he receives" and considers this "trait the true net worth of an individual".
