Noelle Oliver is a professional college advisor, college application writing specialist, and English instructor at Folsom Lake College in the Sacramento area of California. She has guided hundreds of California high school and college students as a teacher and college advisor and has worked with students who have been accepted to prestigious colleges all over the United States: MIT, Stanford, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Yale, Stanford, USC, California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, and West Point.
