Inviting all NRIVA families (Parents of K-12 grade) for an Education Webinar for Students and Parents.

Topic: College Prep Session.

Presenters: - Saunak Badam (Freshman, Dartmouth College) and Neeyanth Kopparapu (Rising Freshman,  Harvard University).

Saunak Badam (Freshman, Dartmouth College)
Saunak Badam enjoys research with a burning passion as he has been doing it for years. He is a top freshman economics researcher at Dartmouth College, an Ivy-League University. He studies the economics and incentives of unsolicited communication under the former Chief Economist of President George Bush. Saunak Badam also created a dipole-dipole interaction-based air filter that effectively absorbs and traps polar air pollutants. He was selected for an international collaboration with a top science high school in Daegu, South Korea. With the collaboration, he expanded the filter’s breadth to be able to absorb five of the most prevalent polar molecular air pollutants.
Saunak attended the Academy of Science, a top STEM magnet school in the DC metro area, where he found his passion for statistics. He is already more than halfway complete with his Data Science degree at Dartmouth as a freshman and is also pursuing an Economics major.
 
Neeyanth Kopparapu (Rising Freshman,  Harvard University)

Neeyanth Kopparapu was recognized by Forbes for his Artificial Intelligence based research for early detection of Parkinsons disease. He has presented his AI Innovation at numerous conferences such as O'Reilly, NVIDIA and AWS conferences. His Clinical Trial based application developed for Veterans Administration has been in news and has won awards from the White House and Veteran Administration. His research has been accepted for probono patent. He has won 3rd place at Intel International Science fair and has been in news on ABC. 

He was National Math Counts winner at MIT as a middle schooler and was qualified to the prestigious USAJMO and served as Captain for the Thomas Jefferson High school, one of the top high schools in our nation. He is very passionate about math and computer science. He will be pursuing Economics and Computer science at Harvard.
