The National Srujana team shared details of this event creatively using flyer, reels and invited women and girls from all chapters to participate in the competitions as well as attend the event.  This virtual event was a resounding success, about 300+ NRIVA women attended the event internationally and 100+ participated in live games, beauty contest and reel competition.

NRIVA President Ramesh Bapanapalli Garu expressed his wishes to the women's Committee and mentioned the upcoming NRIVA cruise in July 2025, pre-cruise activities in Miami and about NRIVA TV initiation activities.

Dr Gayatri Kapur spoke about donating stem cells to help medical research and cure certain diseases.  And Dr.Siresha Samudrala NRIVA, gave brief overview of NRIVA participation with NMDP.

Below International Women Achievers were invited as Chief guests to provide live wishes to the audience and inspire them.
  Sindhura Polasanapalli ( Sr Director at Dr. Pepper ) spoke about empowering and helping women.
  Archita Narayanan ( Fashion Designer ) spoke about the way we dress to project personality and value.
  Tejo Vijay kumar ( President, West zone central Peace & Welfare Committee SHE TEAM ) spoke about a Mother's role in educating girls on manners, etiquette and behavior from an young age for safety and awareness.
  RRR movie singer Prakruthi Reddy joined from India and sang five women related songs to entertain the audience.

Evening elegance beauty contest was conducted.  All participants were skilled and excellent, it was not easy for the judges to select the below winners.    
  -- Muddu Gumma Category (below 12).  Winners announced by First Lady Gayatri Bapanapalli, Winners: Sai Vanshika Pittsburg Chapter, 1st runner up Veda Vaishnavi Peddi Washington DC Chapter, 2nd runner up Urvee Komuravelli Philadelphia Chapter
  -- Angel Category (teens).  Winners announced by EPD Supriya Danda, Winners: Sanvi Kantakala Houston Chapter
  -- Butta Bomma Category (married women).  Winners announced by Suseela Samudrala, Winners: Neelima Kantamsetti Los Angeles Chapter, 1st runner Up Kalyani Somu Toronto Canada Chapter, 2nd runner Up Sarika Ramini Denver Chapter

Srujana team also conducted reel contest to promote women empowerment - Winners are : 

• Mallika Divvela Philadelphia Chapter
• 1st runner up Vasavi Manepalli Charlotte Chapter
• 2nd runner up Sridevi Kancharla Richmond Virginia Chapter.

Global women achiever Srujana team is also publishing information about global women achievers one per day, for the month of March to promote, inspire, motivate and educate our community.
